You Are Irreplaceable

There's so much talk about people using AI to perfect the written word. So many people for all of it and so many people against it all.

No matter which camp you side with, know this: when you're in a Zoom meeting or having a conversation IRL, the thoughts you share are your own, in your own words and they're valid, they're good enough.

AI tools can polish your writing and maybe (?) help you communicate more clearly. Sure, if you find value in that. But don't let this new technology make you doubt the worth of your unfiltered thoughts.

Your unique perspective comes from your lived experiences, your personal journey, and the connections only you can make.

No AI has walked in your shoes.

The spontaneous ideas you share in conversation carry authenticity that's irreplaceable. Your knowledge might not be perfect (who’s is?). But it's yours.

Trust your voice. Use the tools if they help, but never doubt that your unedited self has tremendous value just as it is.
