Make the Time

No matter what else is going on in my life, I make time to create these little tokens of love to hand out to strangers.

Sometimes they’re quick watercolor studies and at other times they’re a mixed media exercise in building and blending components.

I create with my heart and my hands follow.

And, at the end of each creative practice session, I know I have made something that will be treasured by someone — not because of its “artistic quality”but because it has a bit of my soul.
