I have been making and handing out #gratitudetags in my community and my travels for many years now. I love that I’m able to try out different art techniques, cut them up and make them a joy multiplier — these little canvases are the perfect win-win for the recipients and the creator.
Let's make gratitude tags to give to people who melt into the background: these would be delivery truck drivers, grocery clerks, servers, mailmen and women, construction workers, office receptionists and many more...
I hope you find some inspiration to make simple or complex gratitude tags and will hand them out in your local community as well as in your travels.
Watch me show you all the gratitude tags I've been working on. You don't need a lot of supplies or time to create these.
What an amazing thing to be able to create some tokens of appreciation for members of my local community as a result of creative explorations!
I have never use black watercolor paper in combination with gouache paints -- this was such a fun experiment to do and I am really thrilled with the results.
