Hugs: Sympathy Card

Hello everyone,

Today, I'm sharing one of the easiest cards I've made in a while.

The background is created with a Gelli Arts gel printing plate, acrylic paints and an onion! It's quite a fun module in my Botanical Monoprints course and I know those who've taken this self-paced course got a good laugh out of it.

I save all my monoprints in a box and dig into my stash from time to time to pair them up with stamps and die cuts...the abstract nature of these prints makes them great backgrounds for cards!

In my head, this is a sympathy card, but do you think it could be an all-occasion "sending hugs" card? Let me know in the comments.
